Primary Music Plans
For this activity, I used the idea from Teaching Primary Music here.
Before passing out paper plates, demonstrate the pattern. Then ask the children to follow along with the imaginary plates, while singing the song.
Pass out the paper plates, and sing the song again while performing the pattern.
Ask for volunteers who know the pattern to come to the front of the room and lead the class.
Sing the song again.
